PREPARATION: Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25-28º in 3,700-litre cement tanks.
AGEING: 50% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels. Young wine.

TASTING NOTES:
Colour: Cherry-coloured red wine, medium-bodied, with a red rim. Clean and bright wine.
Nose: medium aromatic intensity, notes of spices, such as cinnamon, and when it opens, notes of ripe fruit and compote appear.
Palate: Fresh, light and pleasant entry on the palate. Low volume and good structure. The barrel is not present but appears in the retronasal along with the fruit, and a light, tasty and long-lasting finish.
