Thanks to the Mallorcan sun, the Merlot variety acquires a unique depth, combining a silky body with a balanced and persistent finish, providing softness and notes of red fruits. While the Callet, a native variety of Mallorca, adds an earthy and fresh touch, with nuances of Mediterranean herbs. By combining the elegance of the Merlot and the native character of the Callet, we create unique wines that capture the essence of the island and offer an authentic and balanced experience.

VINTAGE 2021 CALLET, MERLOT, SYRAH PRODUCTION: Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15-18º, in small-volume cement tanks. AGEING: in French wooden barrels, 50% of the wine. Young wine. TASTING NOTES Colour: cherry-coloured red wine, medium-bodied, with a red rim. Clean and bright wine. Nose: medium aromatic intensity, notes of spices, such as cinnamon, and when it opens, notes of ripe fruit and compote appear. Palate: fresh, light and pleasant entry on the palate. With little volume and good structure. The barrel is not present but appears in the retronasal along with the fruit, and a light, tasty and long-lasting finish. 12.5% alcohol Serving temperature 16-18ºC Pairing: all types of grilled meats and stews.

Vi6 ROSAT

VINTAGE 2022 MERLOT PREPARATION: Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15-18º, in small volume cement tanks. AGEING: on lees for four months. TASTING NOTES Colour: pale salmon-coloured rosé wine, low colour intensity. Clean and bright wine. Nose: medium-high aromatic intensity, notes of strawberries or sour cherries, with a hint of lollipop, after a while notes of riper and sweeter fruit appear. Palate: fresh, light and smooth entry. With a certain volume and good structure for a rosé. It appears more fruity in the retronasal and a light, tasty and sweet finish. 13.5% alcohol Serving temperature 8-10ºC Pairing: all types of salads, light pastas and rice dishes.
