PREPARATION: Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15-18º, in small volume cement tanks.
AGEING: On lees for 4 months.

TASTING NOTES:
Colour: Pale salmon-coloured rosé wine, low colour intensity. Clean and bright wine.
Nose: medium-high aromatic intensity, notes of strawberries or sour cherries, with a touch of lollipop; after a while, notes of riper and sweeter fruit appear.
Palate: Fresh, light and smooth entry. With a certain volume and good structure for a rosé. It appears more fruity in the retronasal, and a light, tasty and long-lasting finish.
